2. Service Scope & User Account

MemoryOurs is an all-in-one family coordination, archiving, budget, and safety platform. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials and 2FA secrets secure.

3. Family Spaces & Permission Roles

The family creator/administrator is responsible for managing invitations and setting appropriate role permissions (Parents, Children, Guardians). Only invite verified family members to your circle.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation

Premium features are available via monthly or annual subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not engage in unlawful surveillance, upload harmful or malicious content, or violate the safety and privacy of any individual using the platform.

6. Intellectual Property & User Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all photos, videos, stories, and personal content uploaded to your family vault.
