1. How to Delete Your Account In-App

In full compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play privacy requirements, you can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the MemoryOurs app at any time:

Open the MemoryOurs mobile application.
Navigate to Profile / Settings tab.
Select Account & Security.
Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen and confirm your password or 2FA verification.

2. What Data Is Permanently Erased?

Upon account deletion confirmation, all of the following data is permanently wiped from our production databases and cloud storage with no possibility of recovery:

Personal account credentials, phone number, email, and avatar images.
All personal memories, uploaded photos, high-definition videos, and voice notes.
Encrypted chat history, message reactions, and media attachments.
GPS historical breadcrumbs, live location caches, and geofence perimeter alerts.
Task logs, chore completions, and wallet transactions.

3. Online Account Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app or need assistance, you can submit a manual deletion request by emailing our Data Privacy Team at [email protected] or [email protected] from your registered email/phone. Your request will be fulfilled within 48 hours.
